Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of agricultural products, opened, used, perishable, or damaged items cannot be returned unless received defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
